L.A. Premiere of ‘Altman’ Tonight

“Luck, Trust & Ketchup: Robert Altman in Carver Country,” a feature-length documentary about the evolution and making of Altman’s film “Short Cuts,” will have its Los Angeles premiere tonight at the EZTV Arts Foundation in West Hollywood.
The premiere, with screenings at 7 and 9:15 p.m., will benefit the arts organization, which is located at 8547 Santa Monica Blvd.
The documentary reveals Altman’s legendary “improvisational technique,” focusing on his interactions with the all-star cast during “Short Cuts’ ” 10-week shoot.
