A Simi Valley bank robber escaped with an undetermined amount of money Saturday morning, authorities said.
The man walked into HomeFed Bank at 2860 Cochran St. at 11:30 a.m., gave the teller a note and walked out with the cash, police said. At no time did he threaten anyone or show a weapon, according to Detective Bill Daniels.
Daniels said police and federal agents are looking into the possibility that the man has robbed other banks.
The man, described as 38 to 45 years old, wore a gray sweat suit and was last seen walking south through the parking lot outside HomeFed Bank.
