* Nilesh Shah, a partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, has transferred to the Costa Mesa office from the firm’s San Francisco office. He will be co-director of international practice for Southern California in the Information and Communications group. Shah has been with the firm since 1983 and was made partner in 1990.
