Man Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Woman, 89

GLENDALE — An 89-year-old woman was found stabbed to death and a suspect has been arrested in the killing, police reported Wednesday.
Josephine Adinolfi was found dead in her home at 707 Salem St. on Tuesday afternoon of multiple stab wounds, said the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
David Condry, 30, of Glendale was arrested in the slaying.
It was the first homicide of the year in Glendale, which last year had nine killings--the most in its history.
