The seminar will cover methods of making dogs more alert to noises from intruders, to bark an alarm, stand its ground if an intruder is present and to patrol the house. Methods to deter unwanted barking habits also will be covered, said spokesman Dale Ruhe.
The session will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in Room A-2 of the Santa Ana campus, at 17th and Bristol streets. The fee for the seminar is $15 and people attending should not bring their pets. For more information, call (714) 564-6220.
