Not a voting member of the motion picture academy? No need to feel left out.
ABC Television and NTN Communications Inc. will broadcast a live interactive version of the Academy Awards ceremony Monday night, allowing viewers to vote on the Oscar nominees in all major categories.
The company said the interactive awards show will be seen by television viewers throughout the United States and Canada at the 1,500 sites--mostly bars and hotel lounges--that subscribe to NTN’s entertainment network.
Using a hand-held cordless keyboard, participants will predict the winners. Those correctly predicting the most winners will win prizes, among them a year’s supply of movie passes.
