MISSION VIEJO : Lease for Veterinary Group Considered

A group of veterinarians would lease property near the Mission Viejo Animal Shelter under a proposal to be considered by the City Council today.
The South Orange County Emergency Veterinary Group has proposed building a clinic on about 10,000 square feet next to the animal shelter at 28095 Hillcrest.
The 55-year lease sets rent at $12,000 per year. However, the veterinary group would also serve as the animal shelter in exchange for all or a portion of the rent.
