Woodbridge’s Johnson Sets Record

SANTA ANA — Woodbridge’s Allison Johnson stole three bases to set the Southern Section career record as Woodbridge defeated Saddleback, 14-0, in a Sea View League softball game at Saddleback on Wednesday.
Her 179 stolen bases surpasses the record of 177 held by Carla Black of La Verne Calvary Baptist and Kristy Walsh of Arcadia Rio Hondo Prep. Woodbridge improved its record to 15-6 and 6-1 in league with the victory.
