Edward F. Gotschall has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Plaza Home Mortgage Corp., a mortgage banking company in Santa Ana. He succeeds Li-Lin Ko, who has left the company. Gotschall has been chief financial officer of Option One Mortgage Corp., a Plaza subsidiary, since 1992.
