Judicial Nominee Named

WASHINGTON — President Clinton has nominated William T. Moore Jr., 54, a criminal defense lawyer in Savannah, Ga., to be a judge for the U.S. District Court for southern Georgia. From 1977 to 1981, Moore served as U.S. attorney in that district.
