West Coast Displays, based in Ventura, has been chosen to design and build a major trade-show exhibit for Gibbs & Associates, a Moorpark firm that produces software for automated factory systems.
Bob Hartz, West Coast’s president, says the project will be his company’s first since the recent acquisition of a graphics firm. He said its expertise will be used in producing a 20- by 30-foot exhibit that will be used by Gibbs during a Chicago event in September.
Other clients of privately held West Coast Displays have included Hughes Aircraft, Memorex, Power-One, Rockwell International and Teledyne.
