Chula Vista-based Rohr Inc., an aerospace parts manufacturer, said it has signed a contract with Boeing Co. to help build engine doors for a tactical fighter. Under the terms of the contract, Rohr will design and develop the doors for the Air Force F-22 fighter over the next six months. . . . General Motors Corp. said it signed a definitive agreement to sell its its Delco Remy parts businesses to Delco Remy America, an investor group.
