Wickedly funny, undeniably moving, featuring a knockout series of performances and the most sensual of love scenes, this 1992 film has everything audiences have been missing in American films. It just happens to be about three hospitalized men (Eric Stoltz, pictured, William Forsythe and Wesley Snipes). Helen Hunt is the young woman seriously in love with Stoltz’s Joel Garcia, though married to someone else (Showtime Tuesday at 2:05 a.m.).
