SIMI VALLEY : Candidate Program Open to Residents

Simi Valley residents curious about what it takes to run the city are invited to a candidate orientation this weekend.
The program, geared toward people running or thinking of running for elected office, will outline campaign procedures and the basic functions of the city’s government.
The meeting is scheduled for 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Simi Valley City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road.
