SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : Candidates Forum Planned at Library

Candidates for City Council are scheduled to appear at an election forum tonight.
The 7 p.m. forum is sponsored by the League of Women Voters. It will be in the La Sala room of the San Juan Capistrano Library, 31495 El Camino Real.
The candidates will make opening statements and then take questions from the audience.
Nine candidates are vying for three council seats in the Nov. 8 election.--JEFF BEAN
