VENTURA : Teen-Age Boy Robs Bank of A. Levy
- Share via
A teen-age boy stole an undisclosed amount of money from the Bank of A. Levy branch on Harbor Boulevard in Ventura on Thursday, marking the 22nd bank robbery in Ventura County this year, authorities said.
The youth quietly handed a bank teller a note demanding cash and threatening that he had a gun, said Larry Dick, an FBI agent.
The teller complied, and the robber walked out of the bank to a waiting car parked in a nearby residential neighborhood, Dick said. The suspects then fled the area.
An FBI investigation is continuing.
