Montclair Prep 27, Rosamond 15--Running back Akil Anderson ran for 231 yards in 22 carries and scored all four Montclair Prep touchdowns at Rosamond (8-3).
Montclair Prep (8-1) held running back Jamar Day, the High Desert League’s leading rusher, to 51 yards in 17 carries. Day caught three passes for 88 yards, including a 62-yard pass play for a score.
Montclair Prep quarterback Darrell Dent had one interception and a 75-yard kick return to set up his team’s third score.
