MIX MASTER

In response to Jackson Harris’ letter Dec. 4 about my ability to mix 50 projects in a single year: That number refers to the yearly average of records done at our Idful Studios during the last six years.
The average amount of time spent recording and mixing per project has been just under five days. Obviously, this average has gone up substantially in 1994. While the majority of these records were done by me, the most I’ve ever had to crank out in one year is 37.
Hardly worthy of Mr. Harris’ comparison to God but, uh, thanks anyway.
