Cybernetics Products Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of drills and routers for electronic circuit boards said Wednesday it has completed the sale of its Oxberry division and its 53% interest in Vision Ten Inc. to entities controlled by Alfred Thumim, the Oxberry division president. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition, the company said it restated its 1994 fourth-quarter loss related to the sale to $2.4 million from $1.6 million.
