SOUTHERN SECTION PLAYOFFS : BASEBALL ROUNDUP : Stewart, Lentini Lead Calvary Chapel Victory

Josh Stewart pitched a four-hitter to lead Calvary Chapel to a 5-1 victory over Santa Monica Crossroads in a Southern Section Division V baseball playoff game Friday at Calvary Chapel.
Justin Lentini went three for three with three RBIs and a triple for the Eagles (16-9-1). Stewart is 8-1.
In Division VI:
Liberty Christian 11, Riverside Christian 2--Paul Malcom went four for four with three doubles and an RBI. Ray Cook had 10 strikeouts for Liberty Christian.
Southern California Christian 3, North Hollywood Oakwood 2--Jeremy Smith had one hit and scored two runs for Southern California Christian (16-8). Mark Caballero added one hit and an RBI. He also gave up three hits. Southern California will play Linfield.
