OUTLOOK
No team was more up, then more down, than the Warriors were last year. Woodbridge won its first five games, reached No. 6 in the Orange County rankings, then lost its final five. Millat completed 17 of 36 passes for 257 yards with four touchdowns and four interceptions in a backup role; he was 4-0 when he was the primary quarterback. He has a couple of tall, talented receivers in Jenkins and McGuinness; both will have to take on major leadership roles on both sides of the ball. The Warriors will try to take advantage of their primary strength, team speed. Harris must be able to contribute a big year defensively. They have to avoid last year’s unavoidable--injuries and turnovers--because they’re relying on some intangibles, such as heart, to get them through the season.
