OXNARD : Health Fair to Offer an Array of Services

Free blood-pressure screenings and other services will be offered Saturday at a health fair at The Esplanade mall in Oxnard.
Co-sponsored by The Esplanade and Mercy Healthcare of Ventura County, the health fair is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the mall’s Center Court.
Free health services will include blood-pressure screenings, height and weight checks, body composition testing and nutritional information.
Testing, at fees ranging from $2 to $5, will be available for the following: cancer screenings, blood glucose testing, blood cholesterol testing and blood hemoglobin testing.
A $1 discount will be given to people receiving two or more blood tests.
