L.A. Baptist 28, Maranatha 7--Running back Chris Ross carried the ball 22 times for 210 yards and three touchdowns for L.A. Baptist (2-5, 2-0) at Alemany.
Ross scored on runs of three and 10 yards in the first half and closed out the fourth quarter for the Knights on a 57-yard touchdown. L.A. Baptist’s John Wilson carried the ball 65 yards on only two carries, including a 26-yard touchdown.
