Canyon 28, Burbank 6--Shaun Kelso led the host Cowboys (5-4, 2-2) with 155 yards in 13 carries and he scored the Cowboys’ first two touchdowns on runs of 10 and 91 yards.
Rick Thomas passed for 97 yards and two touchdowns, including a 32-yard score to Ahjeron Palmer that capped Canyon’s scoring in the third quarter.
