El Camino Real 14, Birmingham 6--Quincy Wright’s 15-yard touchdown run in the third quarter provided the winning margin for host El Camino Real (3-5-1, 3-3).
Wright carried 23 times for 183 yards, and his touchdown capped a four-play, 30-yard drive that started when El Camino Real recovered Fernando Paizano’s fumble of the second-half kickoff.
The Braves (3-6, 2-4) scored in the second quarter on a three-yard run by Emmanuel Evans, who gained 105 yards in 17 carries.
El Camino Real opened the scoring in the first quarter on a 10-yard pass from Shaun Fishman to Byron Carnes.
Birmingham’s Scott Doherty completed eight of 17 passes for 154 yards with one interception.
