Fluor Corp.: The Irvine company said Wednesday that its Fluor Daniel subsidiary has been awarded a contract by IBM Corp. for facility management services at six major IBM locations. The value of the contract was not disclosed. Fluor Daniel’s facility and plant services unit in Greenville, S.C., will provide maintenance, operations and facility engineering services for more than 14 million square feet of IBM manufacturing, research and development, and office space. The facilities are in San Jose, Almaden and Santa Teresa, all in California; and at sites in Tucson; Boulder, Colo.; and Rochester, Minn. Fluor Daniel already provides such services at four other IBM locations.
