All but one of the city commissioners whose terms expire Dec. 31 will be returning to their posts.
The City Council voted to reappoint 11 people to the city’s library, planning, parks and recreation and traffic commissions.
Since Traffic Commissioner Paul M. Freeman chose not to renew his two-year appointment, the city will be seeking his successor. Applications for the position are available at the city clerk’s office, 4845 Casa Loma Ave.
Returning for another term are library commissioners Charlan Brazil, Kathryn Morris and David L. Morris; planning commissioners Carl W. Boznanski, Robert W. Clemmer and Richard C. Violett; parks and recreation commissioners Paul J. Doty, William G. Gorman and Steven E. Brunette; and traffic commissioners Gary Johnson and Robert A. Schreiber.
