Kelly Movie Tribute: Turner Classic Movies will show five films starring the late Gene Kelly on Friday, beginning at 4 p.m. with “On the Town” (1949), which also stars Frank Sinatra and Ann Miller. It will be followed by Academy Award winner for best picture, “An American in Paris” (1951), “Singin’ in the Rain” (1952), “For Me and My Gal” (1942)--Kelly’s film debut in which he co-starred with Judy Garland--and “Anchors Aweigh” (1945).
