Mission: To collect and distribute used spectacles to people who need vision aids but cannot afford to buy them.

Where: Huntington Beach City Hall
Mission: To greet visitors, give directions to various departments, assist the public and staff in making meeting room reservations, answer telephones and sell Surf City souvenirs. Hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
