CHURCH & STATE: The Valley Anti-Defamation League will hold a panel discussion on “The Separation of Church and State: New Implications for an Old Dilemma?” on Monday night at the Jewish Community Campus, 22622 Vanowen St., West Hills.
Among the panelists are Cathy Frasca, a San Diego County school board member; Sara DiVito Hardman, state director of the California Christian Coalition; and Ron Unz, president of Wall Street Analytics. TELEVISION PRIEST: Father Michael Manning, a Divine Word priest who next week will begin a new television series on KSCI, Channel 18, will also speak at 7:30 p.m. today at Incarnation Catholic Church, 1001 N. Brand Ave., Glendale, as a part of that parish’s series of public lectures.
Manning’s programs featuring interviews and personal reflections are already seen on Trinity Broadcasting Network and the Faith & Values Network as well as 10 Catholic diocesan cable systems.
His series will be seen on Channel 18 on Tuesdays at 4 p.m.

CHORAL FESTIVAL: A San Fernando Valley area choral festival featuring adult choirs from 10 churches and massed choir performances under the direction of USC’s David Wilson will be held at Bel Air Presbyterian Church on Sunday, starting at 4:30 p.m.
Organist Jan Sanborn of the host church will accompany the singers along with a brass ensemble from La Canada High School.
The event, organized by the San Fernando Valley chapter of the Choral Conductors Guild, is free, but an offering will be taken. The church is at 16221 Mulholland Drive, west of the San Diego Freeway. (818) 788-4200.

EVANGELISTIC RALLY: The Rev. Reinhold Bonnke of Germany, the leader of an evangelistic ministry that has conducted crusades worldwide, averaging 12 a year in Africa, will preach twice this weekend at the twin worship facilities of Van Nuys’ Church on the Way.
Bonnke will speak at 7 p.m. today at the church’s west campus, 14800 Sherman Way, and at 11 a.m. Sunday in the congregation’s east campus at 14300 Sherman Way. (818) 779-8000.
