Water Advisory Board Candidates Are Sought

The Capistrano Valley Water District is seeking candidates for the five-member Water Advisory Commission, which makes recommendations to the water board on its annual budget, water rates and personnel issues.
Applicants must live within the service area of the water district, which includes San Juan Capistrano and parts of Dana Point.
Members are compensated $50 for each meeting and serve two-year terms.
Applications are available at the district office, 32450 Paseo Adelanto, San Juan Capistrano.
The deadline is Friday.
