** 1/2 Randy Travis, “Full Circle,” Warner Bros. The onetime king of contemporary country exhibits a deeper resonance in some of his vocals--but only some. He still lets the rich sound of his voice carry songs--and many of these need more help than his woody baritone usually provides. Still, any sign of growth is welcome.
