Westport Homes Buys 30 Residential Lots in Oxnard
- Share via
Thirty residential lots have been sold in the northeast area of Oxnard, and construction of single-family homes is expected to begin immediately.
Westport Homes, a Southern California-based home builder, purchased the land from Larwin Company of Encino. The deal was handled by the Thomas Associates real estate brokerage firm.
The development--just east of Oxnard Boulevard and north of Gonzalez Road--will be called Westport Landing at Harborside. It is located immediately adjacent to Larwin’s new Carmel and Monterey developments and Centex Homes’ new Pacific Cove at Harborside.
