Bikers Dream Option

SANTA ANA — Bikers Dream Inc. announced Monday that it has acquired an option to buy Ultra Kustom Cycle, a Riverside manufacturer of custom motorcycles and show bikes.
The Santa Ana operator of motorcycle shops would have to exercise its option, subject to Ultra Kustom’s consent, after Aug. 31, 1997.
The two companies also have agreed to form a joint venture to distribute Ultra Kustom cycles. Ultra Kustom has agreed to loan the joint venture $2 million over the next 90 days to increase motorcycle production.
