Data Firm Merger Talks

IRVINE — American Phoenix Group Inc. said it is meeting with Tetherless Access Asia Ltd., a privately held company with operations in Africa, Asia, Australia and the U.S., to explore the possibility of a business combination.

Tetherless is a wireless data communications service provider. American Phoenix is an international technology and financial holding company.
