Milwaukee Firm Buys Anaheim’s Everest Electronic Equipment

ANAHEIM — Everest Electronic Equipment, which makes electronic enclosures for the computer and telecommunications industries, has been acquired by Milwaukee-based Applied Power Inc. in a deal valued at about $52 million.
Everest, which has sales of about $45 million a year, will become part of Applied Power’s Wright line business unit.
The Everest acquisition is one of six by Allied over the last 16 months.
