YORBA LINDA — Engineering software company Research Engineers said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of QSE Ltd., a British provider of design software.
QSE, which had revenue of about $875,000 for the fiscal year ended May 31, will merge with Research Engineers (Europe) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Research Engineers, and will be headquartered near Bristol.
