CYPRESS — A 50-year-old woman was attacked and handcuffed by a robber in her Windsor Circle home Wednesday, but managed to escape and run to a neighbor’s home, police said.
The robber, wearing a ski mask, entered the home through an open garage door about 11:25 a.m. and forced the victim to the ground, handcuffed her and demanded cash and jewelry.
The two struggled, and the woman escaped and ran next door.
The robber escaped with less than $100.
