The Cal State Northridge men’s volleyball team, ranked ninth nationally, will play second-ranked UCLA (1-1) in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match at 7:30 tonight at Pauley Pavilion.
Northridge (4-1, 2-1 in conference play) features outside hitters Collin Smith and Chad Strickland. Smith leads the Matadors with 116 kills and his 34 kills in the team’s last match against Loyola Marymount was one short of his career best. Strickland leads the team with 34 digs and is second in kills with 97.
