Forwards Peter Bondra of the Washington Capitals and Todd Harvey of the Dallas Stars were suspended indefinitely by the NHL for separate incidents.
Bondra was suspended for kneeing Florida’s Ray Sheppard on Saturday. Harvey was suspended for a flagrant elbow on Buffalo’s Matthew Barnaby in the closing minutes of Friday’s game.
The length of their suspensions will be determined after a hearing for each.
