Way Cool: Honeydew Ice
Honeydew combines with fresh lime juice and Japanese honeydew melon liqueur in this quick, refreshing nonfat ice.
The melon liqueur smooths out the ice, adds sweetness and gives it a bright green color. Depending on the sweetness of the fruit, you may want to add more or less sugar to your taste.
This recipe takes only about 30 minutes from start to finish, when it’s ready to serve right from the ice cream freezer.
