Kidnapping by Ex-Contras Alleged

From Times Wire Reports

The rebels had planned to return to civilian life in accordance with a peace pact signed last month. Instead, the army said, they took eight members of the government commission hostage. But the director of the Organization of American States’ mission to assist the peace process denied that there had been abductions.
