Dole Food Co. Declares 10-Cent Quarterly Dividend

Dole Food Co. in Westlake Village has declared its regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.
The dividend will be paid Sept. 25 to shareholders of record on Sept. 4.
Dole, which had 1996 revenues of $3.8 billion, is the world’s largest producer and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables, and markets a growing line of packaged foods.
