Spaces Available for City Rummage Sale

Residents can sell unwanted possessions at a city-sponsored rummage sale next week at Irvine Youth Services Center.
For $15, residents can rent an empty parking space and sell goods. The fee is $18 for those who live outside Irvine. Rental fees benefit the city’s community services department.
Commercial goods, food and beverages cannot be sold. Commercial vendors are asked not to participate, because the event is to help residents clean out garages and closets, organizers said.
The deadline to apply for a space is Aug. 13. The Aug. 16 sale runs from 7 a.m. to noon. Setup time is 6:30 a.m.
Additional information is available at the Youth Services Center, 14301 Yale Ave., or by calling (714) 724-6750.
