Anger Management Classes Offered

If the pressure at work or home is leading to uncontrollable bouts of anger, the nonprofit group Interface Children, Family Services of Ventura County may be able to help.
The Camarillo-based organization offers ongoing anger management counseling for groups and individuals. Classes run in 15 installments, at a cost of $20 per session, according to Chris Rutter, director of community resources.
Interface Family Guidance Clinics are located throughout the county and enrollment in the anger management classes is open year-round.
