Mater Dei’s Monica Lucatero signed a letter of intent to play softball at Cal State Fullerton, according to Monarch Coach Doug Myers.
Lucatero, a first baseman, was a first team All-Southern Section pick last season, as well as All-South Coast League and the Monarchs’ MVP.

Saul Wolf, a defender at Woodbridge High, has signed a letter of intent to play soccer at Wake Forest. Wolf was a first-team All-Sea View League selection and a second-team Times All-County pick. He has played two seasons with the Mission Viejo Pateadores club team, which had five other players sign Division I college scholarships this spring.

Jennifer Krainman, a senior runner at Huntington Beach High, has signed a letter of intent to attend Cornell, her father, Harris, said. Her best time this spring in the 200 meters is 26.8 seconds and in the 400 meters is 1 minute.

Edison goalkeeper Allison Nadler has signed a letter to play soccer at San Francisco State, according to her father, Barry.
Nadler, a four-year varsity goalkeeper, was a second-team All-Sunset League selection, leading the Chargers to the league title and the quarterfinals of the playoffs.
