The City Council unanimously agreed this week to spend $812,000 to resurface two miles of asphalt in the village area of south Laguna.
The streets, which have not had a face lift in more than 10 years, are riddled with potholes and are in such poor condition that drainage spills into residents’ yards, City Manager Kenneth C. Frank said Thursday.
The project, slated to begin in April, will be funded by the city’s Gas Tax Fund.
