The Huntington Beach Community Clinic received a $15,000 grant from Kaiser Permanente Orange County for an expanded chronic-disease management program. The funds will help provide critical services for 400 low-income children at risk and the frail elderly.
The clinic also received a $10,000 grant from the Orange County Community Foundation for a senior crisis care program for 150 needy seniors.
