Authorities Seeking 4 Fugitives, Including Convicted Burglar

A convicted burglar who is considered armed and dangerous is among four fugitives the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking with help from the public.
Officials said Chad Edward Kastle, 23, of Ojai may be dangerous because he incorrectly thinks he is facing his third felony conviction as the result of recent burglary charges.
Kastle, who is said to be a devil worshiper, is being sought because he allegedly violated his probation by failing to appear in court on the burglary counts.
He is white, 6 feet tall, weighs 175 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes and has a tattoo on his right shoulder that reads “reaper.” Kastle may be using a silver-colored bicycle to get around and could possess weapons taken in a recent burglary, officials said.
John Abraham, 51, is being sought on a felony warrant for allegedly battering his ex-girlfriend.
He is known to frequent Ventura’s Avenue area and when last seen had shaved his head. Abraham is black, 6 feet tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
Jaime Stuart Kellner, 20, is wanted for allegedly possessing a loaded firearm, a violation of the probation he was placed on after being convicted on a charge of selling marijuana.
He is Latino, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.
Simmie Percell Holland III, 34, is wanted for allegedly violating his parole.
A convicted drug dealer, he is black, 6 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 300 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.
