Two office buildings have been purchased in Thousand Oaks for $4.3 million.
Newbury Partners of Westlake Village acquired a 20,000-square-foot, two-story professional office building at 72 Moody Court for $2.1 million. The building, which is 100% leased, is occupied by Learning Tree University and Med Trans.
The seller was Aldon Investments.
Also sold was a free-standing 7,800-square-foot office building at 267 Hillcrest Drive, across from The Oaks mall. Somara Capital sold the building to a private pension fund for $2.25 million.
Somara Capital acquired the property earlier this year when the building was vacant and leased it to Catholic Healthcare, a hospital chain, for use as a cardiac center.
Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyers and sellers in both transactions.
